  • Plug-it power cord
  • Router bits / cutters
  • Guide rail / Guide rail adapter / Screw clamps
  • Edge guide
  • Trammel unit
  • Copying ring / Jointing templates / Centering mandrel
  • Suction hose

How to use

  1. Before Use:
    • The power cable should NOT be attached to the machine while performing the before-use set up.
    • Changing the cutter (bit):
      1. Place the machine upside down when changing the cutter.
      2. Make sure the rotary knob (1.15) is loosened and the machine is at full extension.
      3. Turn the spindle until the spindle stop (1.14) catches when pressed and the spindle is locked in place.
      4. Loosen the locking nut (1.13) using a 19 mm open-ended spanner until resistance is felt.
      5. Insert the preferred cutter into the open clamping collet (1.13) to the mark K on the cutter shaft. The cutter shaft should slide in with a slight resistance. Do not force the cutter in the collet!
      6. While holding the spindle stop in place, screw in the locking nut.
      7. Tighten the locking nut until resistance is felt. The nut should be just tight enough that it stays in place. Do not use excessive force!
    • Setting Zero and Plunge depth:
      1. With the preferred cutter attached, place the machine right side up.
      2. Open the clamping lever (1.6) so that stop cylinder (1.7) can move freely.
      3. Place the router on a smooth surface. Press the machine down until the milling cutter touches the smooth surface.
      4. Clamp the router in this position by tightening the rotary knob (1.15).
      5. Pres the stop cylinder against of the three sensing stops of the pivoting turret stop (1.9). Each stop can be adjusted with a screwdriver.
      6. Push the pointer (1.4) down so it shows 0 mm on the scale (1.5).
